With the adjustments made in the evolving COVID-19 situation, please expect delays. All of the postal and courier services are experiencing delays. Package volumes have increased significantly, and sort facilities are working with reduced staff and enhanced physical distancing measures. This is causing many packages to take longer to get to their destinations. As well, if an order is shipped in a multi-piece shipment, the carrier delays can cause pieces to arrive separately.
